After the bike positioning process, there is no better way to improve your power and pleasure on the bike than becoming more flexible and stronger. The risk of injury is also reduced, which creates a feeling of self-confidence both on-and-off the bike.
Skype stretching, strengthening & coaching sessions are available as a set of 4 x 1 hour sessions, allowing me to monitor and follow your progress.
All you need is a phone, tablet or desktop computer with a webcam, an exercise mat and a small amount of space in which to move.
